Who can become Radicalised?
Anyone can be radicalised but there are some factors which may make a young person more vulnerable. These include: being easily influenced or impressionable. having low self-esteem or being isolated.
What level of risk is a priority?
Risk Score is used to rank a risk's priority relative to the other identified risks. The risk with the highest risk score is ranked first in priority, the risk with the next highest risk score is ranked second in priority and so forth.
What are the different levels of priority?
Issues are answered on a first come, first served basis.

When should a safeguarding review be carried out?
One of these duties is that the Safeguarding Adults Board must undertake a Safeguarding Adults Reviews (SAR) when an adult in its area dies as a result of abuse or neglect, whether known or suspected, and there is reasonable cause for concern about the way agencies worked together to safeguarding the individual (s44).
Is SAR a separate process?
A safeguarding adult review (SAR) is a multi-agency process that considers whether or not serious harm experienced by an adult, or group of adults at risk of abuse or neglect, could have been predicted or prevented.
What is a Section 42 Enquiry?
An enquiry is any action that is taken (or instigated) by a local authority, under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014, in response to indications of abuse or neglect in relation to an adult with care and support needs who is at risk and is unable to protect themselves because of those needs.
What is a safeguarding investigation?
The purpose of a safeguarding enquiry is to decide what action in needed to help and protect the adult. Its aims are to: • establish the facts about an incident or allegation; • ascertain the adult's views and wishes on what they want as an outcome from.
